Dr. Bradley Pierson
Dr. Pierson is a board-certified orthodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He discovered his passion for orthodontics while serving in the US Air Force and held many leadership positions including Chief of Orthodontics at Yokota Air Base in Japan and Director of Orthodontics at Wilford Hall Medical Center. Dr. Pierson brings his extensive experience into every treatment plan, combining his eye for detail with a patient-centric approach.
Dr. Kristin Saunders
Dr. Saunders is a board-certified orthodontist, who began her journey in orthodontics at the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She then completed her orthodontic residency at UT Health San Antonio where she also received her master’s degree and had the honor of serving as Chief Resident. Her ability to communicate clearly and understand the goals of her patients allows her to develop unique and effective treatment plans that are truly personalized.

If your child is 7 years or older, it’s a great time to set up an initial complimentary orthodontic consultation. At this age, we can spot developing issues early, and in some cases, guide growth to help make future treatment simpler.

We’ll take any scans or images needed to get a clear baseline of your teeth, bite, and jaw alignment. By using digital scan technology like our iTero 3D Scanner, we can get precise imaging that helps us plan treatment more accurately and make the process more comfortable.
Doctor Exam and Consultation
Your orthodontist will review everything, take a look at your smile, and walk through what they’re seeing. They’ll then go over your treatment options and work with you to figure out which option best aligns with your goals.
